xtec.dev is operated by David de Mingo in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any educational centre or of the Administration.

#Purpose of the site

xtec.dev provides open learning resources for software engineering and vocational training, together with personal teaching tools for teachers — tools that display and cross-reference data from the teacher’s own school Moodle and from Esfera. The conditions for using the site are set out in the Terms of use, and the processing of personal data in the Privacy policy.

#Intellectual property

The software, design, and original content of this site are the property of the owner or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual-property law. Reproduction, distribution, or transformation without authorisation is not permitted, except where the law allows.

#Liability

The owner is not responsible for the availability, content, or accuracy of third-party systems and sites accessed through the site (in particular each centre’s Moodle and the Generalitat’s Esfera), nor for any use of the site contrary to the Terms of use.

#Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute relating to the site will be subject to the courts of the owner’s domicile in Catalonia, Spain, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
