The background behind that.
Engineering. Combined Bachelor’s + Master’s in Computer Engineering — FIB · UPC BarcelonaTech, 2007. The old 6-year Enginyeria Informàtica, now mapped to EQF 7 · MECES 3 · 375 ECTS. I have built real systems, so I can teach you to build them too.
Psychology. Combined Bachelor’s + Master’s in Psychology — Universitat de Barcelona, 2000. The old 5-year Llicenciatura en Psicologia, EQF 7 · MECES 3 · 300 ECTS. I know how people learn and build mental models, so I design lessons that make the ideas stick.
Management. Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Management — UNED, 2000 (MECES 2 · 120 ECTS). I scope, plan and run projects, so the work you ship stays on track and reaches production.
Teaching. IT teacher since 2021 (secondary education and vocational training).
About this site. xtec.dev is a personal, non-commercial project — a free collection of educational and technical materials that I write and maintain in my own time, with my own resources, and outside my teaching duties. It is independent: not an official service of, nor endorsed by, any educational centre or the Department of Education (Generalitat de Catalunya), and it uses no public resources.
